Well first off, what is a system? Its an organised scheme or method. Now, what’s water? For time’s sake, let’s just call it a “needed liquid”. Now combined, its an organised scheme or method applied to water. Which, in other words mean a system (method/way) in which water (a needed liquid) is the main ingredient used in that system for a certain purpose.
